Felicia Loo is a Certified Food Scientist (CFS). She has worked in quality assurance, regulatory and product management for food and natural health products for the past 7 years. She is also a qualified SQF practitioner. She has experiences working with multiple food safety compliances and voluntary certification schemes such as SQF, FSSC 22000, CFIA, Health Canada, Organic, Kosher and Halal. Felicia has graduated from the University of British Columbia with BSc. In Food Science with a Minor in Commerce. Accreditations

Can you help to certify my facility?
Only a certification body can help certify your facility for a certain third party audit. As a consulting firm, SFPM Consulting provide resources to help you manage and meet the requirements for the third party audit.

What size of projects do you take?
No project is too small for us. For larger project, we will share an estimated lead time for project completion. To give you an idea, a food safety plan development (with available documentation) would take us about 1-2 weeks development time.
What are your charges?
Generally, we charges hourly charge from CAD 100 to CAD 150, depending on the type and scope of the consultation work. For larger project scope, we also offer discounted and bundled charges.
Additional travel fees may be applied, if travel required.

It is important to work with consultant that meet your needs. We work with mostly small and medium businesses and is flexible to meet our client needs. Our ideal clients are businesses that is committed to improve their food safety program.
We also offer cost optimization for our clients by providing the necessary trainings needed to help setup the program, so that they can manage their food safety program on their own while we provide support as needed.
